About hee5 — Built for Bangladesh Players

Our Story

hee5 was founded with one clear purpose: to give Bangladesh players a safe, fast, and genuinely enjoyable online gaming experience that fits their lives.

hee5 started as a small team with a straightforward observation: Bangladesh had millions of cricket fans who wanted to follow BPL and T20 World Cup matches with real stakes involved, and millions of mobile users comfortable with bKash and Nagad for everyday transactions — but no platform that properly served both. Most international online casinos accepted Bangladeshi players but handled local payment methods as an afterthought, offered no Bengali language option, and built their products around desktop browsers used by a tiny fraction of the Bangladesh audience. hee5 was built to close that gap entirely.

From that starting point, hee5 grew into a full-service online casino and sportsbook covering live casino tables powered by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, over 500 slot titles from Pragmatic Play and PG Soft, crash games including Aviator by Spribe, fish shooting games, and a cricket betting section covering every major Bangladesh, IPL, and international T20 fixture. Every feature on hee5 was designed to work flawlessly on a mid-range Android phone on a Banglalink or Grameenphone 4G connection — because that is the actual device and network most Bangladesh players use.

Today hee5 serves players in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Khulna, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, Cox's Bazar, and every other corner of Bangladesh. Deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are processed instantly around the clock. The platform runs in the browser — no app download required — and remains fast and reliable even on 3G connections in areas outside the major metropolitan centres. hee5 is the online casino and sportsbook built specifically for Bangladesh, not adapted from a template built for somewhere else.

Our Mission and Values

Five principles that guide every decision at hee5 — from product features to payment processing to customer support.

Who hee5 Is Built For

hee5 is built for Bangladeshi adults aged 21 and above who enjoy online gaming and sports betting as a form of entertainment. The platform is specifically designed for the realities of everyday life in Bangladesh — playing on a phone, paying through bKash, following BPL cricket, and not wanting to deal with slow international platforms that never quite work properly on a local data connection.

hee5 players range from casual slot players in Sylhet who enjoy spinning Pragmatic Play titles after work, to dedicated cricket bettors in Dhaka who follow every BPL match ball-by-ball with live in-play markets open on their phones. Fish game enthusiasts in Rangpur and Cox's Bazar play short sessions during breaks. Live casino regulars in Chittagong join Andar Bahar and Dragon Tiger tables in the evening. hee5 is broad enough to serve all of these players on the same platform.

What unites all hee5 players is the expectation of reliability: deposits that work the first time, withdrawals that arrive within minutes, games that load without buffering, and support that responds in under three minutes when something goes wrong. That reliability is what hee5 has been building and maintaining since its founding — it is the standard we hold ourselves to with every update and every new feature we release.
