Definitions

In these Terms the following definitions apply: "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on hee5; "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account including real-money and bonus balance where applicable; "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spins, or other non-cash incentive awarded by hee5; "Service" means the entirety of the hee5 online casino, sportsbook, crash games, live casino, and all associated features at https://hee5.app.

"Player" or "User" means any individual who has registered an Account on hee5; "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal; "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures applied by hee5 in accordance with its internal compliance policy.

Eligibility and Registration

To register and maintain an active hee5 account you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at registration and throughout your use of the Service:

• You have not previously been excluded from hee5 or had an account closed for a breach of these Terms.

Account Management

Players are responsible for all activity conducted through their hee5 account. hee5 may require additional KYC verification at any stage and may place a temporary hold on an account until verification is complete. Players must keep their registered mobile number active and promptly update account details if any information changes.

• Players must not share their login credentials with any third party.
• hee5 reserves the right to close dormant accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months following written notice to the registered mobile number.
• hee5 may suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion where fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity is suspected.
• Players must report any unauthorised use of their account to hee5 support without undue delay.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

All financial transactions on hee5 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits and withdrawals are available via the following payment methods for Bangladesh players:

• Mobile money: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay — minimum deposit ৳500, minimum withdrawal ৳200.
• Bank transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank — minimum withdrawal ৳1,000; processing time up to 2 hours.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the hee5 account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• hee5 may require KYC verification before processing any withdrawal above ৳10,000. Players must submit a valid government-issued photo ID and proof of mobile payment ownership when requested.
• hee5 bears no responsibility for delays caused by the player's mobile banking provider, bank processing queues, or technical outages at payment partners.

Bonuses, Free Spins, and Promotions

hee5 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All such offers are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made:

• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and may be claimed once per household, device, or IP address.
• Standard wagering requirements on hee5 bonuses are 30x the bonus amount unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses must be used within 30 days of being credited. Unused bonus balances expire automatically after this period.
• hee5 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time where there is evidence of abuse, technical exploitation, or fraud.

Bonus funds cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged directly for cash unless explicitly permitted by the specific promotion terms.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on hee5. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account immediately suspended pending investigation and may face permanent closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or AI tools to place bets, interact with games, or manipulate account activity.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to fix game outcomes, share information in live casino games, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, technical vulnerabilities, or erroneous game payouts. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Using another person's payment account, identity documents, or mobile number to register or transact on hee5.
• Engaging in money laundering, financing any unlawful activity, or using hee5 as a vehicle for any form of financial fraud.

Intellectual Property

All content on the hee5 platform — including software, game interfaces, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and the hee5 brand identity — is the exclusive property of hee5 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. Permitted and prohibited uses are as follows:

• You may access hee5 content solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any hee5 content without explicit written permission.
• The hee5 brand name, logo, and domain are registered trademarks. Unauthorised use of these marks in any context not approved by hee5 — including in unapproved affiliate or promotional material — constitutes a breach of trademark law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hee5 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service — including loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption — even if hee5 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

hee5's aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Privacy and Data Protection

hee5 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement by reference. By accepting these Terms you also accept the hee5 Privacy Policy. Key data practices are summarised below:

Amendments to These Terms

hee5 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via a notification on the hee5 platform and, where practicable, via a message to the registered mobile number. Revised Terms take effect immediately upon publication unless a later effective date is specified.

Your continued use of hee5 following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Service and contact [email protected] to close your account and request withdrawal of any remaining balance.
